Latin America Medical Education Outreach on Haemophilia
A client needed to build a stronger haemophilia care model by improving education and communication with 75% of Latin American treaters.
ExtendMed built a digital asset library for regional medical affairs. The system features an automated workflow for publishing assets (including language translation, dubbing, and advertising promotion). Localized content is then delivered more efficiently into the hands of hematologists.
In the first six months, 75% of treaters in the target market registered to receive the information and 30% became repeat monthly visitors. Furthermore, the number of viewers doubled for Baxter’s video education programs. A subsequent Haemophilia journal article was tracked and utilized for personalized follow-up messaging.
